All right, good morning and welcome to our second service on Sunday mornings. We have two,

the first of which is our Bible prophecy update that we do weekly, and now second service,

which is the sermon, where we're going verse by verse through the Word of God.

Today we are going to finish the book of Hebrews. I should say Lord willing, but

chapter 13, beginning in verse 22 is our text and all the way through to verse 25 to the end of the book. So I'll ask those of you that are here

if you're able to stand. You can follow along as I read. If not where you're seated is fine.

Just follow along. The writer of Hebrews now.

Verse 22 by the Holy Spirit writes,

Brothers and sisters, I urge you to bear with my word of exhortation,

for in fact I have written to you quite briefly.

That's an inside thing.

Verse 23, I want you to know that our brother Timothy has been released.

If he arrives soon, I will come with him to see you.

Greet all your leaders and all the Lord's people. Those from Italy send you their greetings.

And verse 25, grace be with you all. Let's pray if you would join

with me. We'll ask God's blessing on our understanding. Father in heaven, thank you so, so

much, Lord.

Lord, we're so thankful to you for your word in this portion that we have here this morning

in your word.

Lord, we know that every word in your word is there for a reason.

It's inspired and it's for our exhortation, encouragement,

sometimes correction or if need be rebuke. But Lord today it just seems that you inspired the writer of Hebrews to really end with such a glorious pronouncement of your blessing on your people.
