I know myself very well in that I can't really do like cheese or dairy in moderation.

So for me personally, I was like, I just have to change it all at once because it'll kind of spiral.

I'll have a piece of pizza and then I want ice cream and that, you know, it's like, no, just nothing,

no gluten, no dairy. And within that first week, I was down five pounds.
