0:19.3	Okay, so me and my husband, we've been dealing with this decision for a while now, probably about two years now.
0:26.4	So I'm a nurse, and I, two years ago, 2020, I got a RN instructor's position.
0:34.2	And the scheduled grade for the kids, of course, was the teaching position, but the pay is pretty low.
0:40.2	Like to the point where we have been having to work extra shifts, um, like part time just to make ends meet, not able to save.
0:50.1	Um, a, um, opportunity came up for me to travel starting in the spring. And with that,
0:57.5	I will have an increase, I would say like four to five thousand more a month, um, for our finances.
1:05.0	But it'll also take away from the good schedule.
1:11.1	Yeah.
1:12.1	We have little kids. Yeah.
1:12.6	And then also I think at one point over, like if I stayed in like the RN
1:19.8	instructor's position over time, I think it's kind of better with the 401K and.
1:26.5	In the position you're in now. Yeah um in the position you're in now.
1:28.6	Yeah, in the position I'm in now with college.
1:30.7	Like the kids college will be paid for if I was to stay.
1:34.9	So long term, it's a good decision to stay.
1:37.3	But then at the same time, short term, it's tough.
