It is now March and this is a really important month for me. There's a couple of different reasons why.


March is Women's History Month,


and that also includes International Women's Day.


International Women's Day happened to be


the same time that we launched Summer Fridays six years ago.


So this year, we are celebrating six years of the company.


We actually started working on it in 2016.


So I've been on this journey for almost eight years now.


And for me, balance is really important when it comes to how I show up in my personal


and professional life. I really want to take care of myself and I know that there's things that I can do


to show up as my best self and things that maybe are not so great for me. I read a book every


morning which is like just part of my morning routine and I read a book from Dr Uma and I do. She's a chef,


author, nutritionist, and psychiatrist,
