1:00.4	Well, I have a history of some real estate investing, but that all occurred prior to 2008.
1:10.7	And at that point,
1:12.0	I lost everything as was the norm,
1:16.8	it seems,
1:17.1	back then.
1:18.0	So anyway,
1:18.9	fast forward,
1:20.6	I've been searching for something else to do and was really looking to go back
1:27.4	into the real estate market and buy some rentals.
1:30.9	But I ran across an ad on Facebook, which was intriguing to get out of the real estate market that's super competitive.
