Welcome back to another episode of SCOTUS 101.

We are entering the home stretch of the term, where the court is likely to start handing

down opinions nearly every week until they're done.

And as a reminder, this is also the final stretch of our audience survey, so if you haven't

This past week, the court began hearing oral arguments in its final sitting of the term.

There are three cases to keep an eye out that the court will hear oral arguments in next week.

They're Kennedy v. Brimiteran School District, Biden v. Texas, and Oklahoma v. Castro Horta.

We'll talk more about each of these cases once the court issues its decisions, but essentially

Kennedy is an important free speech slash religious liberty case.

Biden v. Texas deals with whether the Biden administration must maintain the remain in Mexico policy,

and Castro Horta is the latest in a series of cases dealing with the fallout from the court's

controversial McGirt decision, which found that the eastern half of Oklahoma was in fact tribal

land. So stay tuned. We have six opinions this week.

So let's dive in.

First up is the city of Austin versus Reagan National Advertising.

This was a five to four decision by Justice Sotomayor, joined by Roberts, Breyer, Kagan, and Kavanaugh.
