and grand larceny after allegedly stealing items from vendors at a World War II reenactment in Odessa, New York.

And, failing to attend his own trial, he was arrested in Pennsylvania as a fugitive from justice.

He was held for 109 days in county jail before pleading guilty to a misdemeanor charge of possession of stolen property and being sentenced to time served plus a payment of $3,120 in restitution.
