skills are equally or maybe even more important. In this episode, we're focusing on one of the

These skills can sometimes be a game changer between two equally qualified candidates.

What exactly are interpersonal skills?

These are the abilities that enable us to communicate, interact, and collaborate with others. Imagine being

adaptable in a volatile environment or communicating your ideas in a manner that resonates with

everyone in the room. I often get asked, why should I focus on soft skills when I have a solid

technical background?

This is my response.

Your technical skills might get your foot in the door, but your interpersonal skills,

they'll guide you through the rest of the house, introduce you to its residence, and maybe offer you a room.

Let's take a close look at the interpersonal skills that can make a significant

difference in your professional journey. Topping our list is building relationships and networking.
