people used to always ask me, do you want to be the first female GM?

I'd say, no, I want to be the third or fourth because I'm rooting for my sisters.

So, you know, I want to see, you know, not just for me, hopefully that I'm able to get to

that circle of decision makers one day, but I want to see a whole lot of women around me.

That's Emily Blady, who works for the White Sox as a baseball operations analyst.

And someone who is blazing a trail as one of the few women working in the front office

for a major league baseball team.
