Senator, in my adult life, four times I've seen the American military operated peak lethality,

the 100-hour war in 1991, the fall of Kabul with the Northern Alliance in 2001, the March to Baghdad in 2003,

and the last three weeks. How do you rate the last three weeks in terms of American military

prowess? Well, Hugh, with respect to those other three operations, I put this at number one. Some of that

is just the march of technology and abilities that our military and our intelligence agencies have today that they did not have in 1991 and 2001 and 2003. All, of course, are impressive operations. But at this point in Iran, we have decimated the leadership. We've overrised their army.

We've sunk their Navy.

And we are steadily but assuredly degrading all of their missile forces, their drones, their manufacturing capability to replace those things.
