I think interest rates are going to be lower than they ever have been before.

So for me, when it comes to real estate, it's such a slow moving Goliath.

and who's gonna win or whatever. I'm gonna buy as much real estate as possible. So I think you've got

about an eight to nine month window right now to go shopping and so that's exactly what

And if it wasn't for YouTube, I'd still be putting signs and yards myself because that's what I did. I did every part of my business myself.

But YouTube just exponentially changed what I could have ever imagined.
