Today, we're asking, what does it feel like to be in space?

You mean like what it's like to float in the air, being weightless, not letting gravity get in your way?

Exactly. We'll find out what it feels like to experience weightlessness for the first time from a scientist

who is paving the way for people who've never before had the chance to go to space.

So a couple months ago, we visited a science classroom in Colorado Springs, Colorado, where

we got some questions from kids about space.

This question from Elijah, who happens to be blind, was one of our favorites.

My name is Elijah.

I'm 10 years old.

My question is, what does it feel like to be in space?

So what does it feel like to be in space? Hmm. I actually imagine just a lot of barfing.

That's what I think it would be for me. That would outweigh any of the other feelings.
