a decision that shocked leaders on both sides of the channel.

After years of negotiations, an agreement was made, and on the 31st of December 2020, the UK set off on its own path.

Whilst those advocating for Brexit have heralded a new age, untethered from the red tape and

restrictions of its former European partners, the general consensus of political analysts is of a
