This is what we have now, is a president who has asserted in federal court now in two different

cases and situations, one involving his taxes and the other involving the grand jury testimony that was incorporated

into the Mueller report and that formed the foundation for the Mueller report.

In both cases he said he can't be investigated, he doesn't have to turn things over he

doesn't have an obligation to congress etc and I like to point out that

You've got Donald Trump saying that he's not accountable to the Constitution.

That the Democrats, they haven't held a vote in the House of Representatives, So we're going to ignore everything.

Well, they're not even saying,

he's not even now saying, you know,

if they have a vote I'll cooperate.

He's just saying no.

And so what happens when you have a constitutional crisis like this?

My understanding of how this sort of thing typically plays out
