unbiased. Today, what I want to do is I want to take a few moments to speak from the heart about the

devastating tragedy that has unfolded in Texas. As many of you have seen or heard by now,

the state has experienced one of the most catastrophic floods in recent history over the 4th of July

weekend. More than 100 lives have been lost, including dozens of innocent children.

Entire families have been torn apart, home swept away, and the heart of entire communities

has been left in ruins.

It's the kind of event that shakes us to our core and reminds us just how fragile life truly

is.

But just as quickly as the water rose, so did something else.

The noise.

The noise of politics, the noise of division, and the noise of blame.

And today, I want to cut through that noise.

There was a post circulating online that caught a lot of people's attention.

That those affected by the flood got what they voted for,

referencing MAGA supporters and linking their suffering to FEMA delays and disbelief in climate change.

Now, whether you agree politically or not, I need you to hear me clearly when I say this.

This is not the time for that.

This isn't about MAGA, Democrat, independent, Republican, or any other political flag that you may fly.

This is about people.

This is about human lives.
