So, the Las Vegas Raiders in a 17-word statement on Friday, fire team president Dan

Ventrelli, who took over for Mark Badein, who stepped down last year, has been a long

list of Raiders executives who have left in recent months.

The Raiders added no details, no facts, no allegations, is also its a speculation rocketing

around the NFL grapevine about different things that may have happened, nobody knows.

But we may get to the bottom of it because Ventrelli issued a statement on Friday night saying

that he was fired after raising with the NFL allegations that had been made about Mark

Davis of misconduct in the workplace, hostile work environment.

Now, he doesn't say directly and specifically these allegations of hostility directed toward

females, but at one point, Ventrelli says, I am at all times going to protect the organization

and its female employees.

So it doesn't take an advanced degree in linguistics to understand what Ventrelli is trying

to say.

The question is, can he prove it?

How will he try to prove it?

He's retained counsel.

Well, you know what's going to happen, Chris?

It's going to be something that ends up, at least if the NFL gets its way in this secret

rig kangaroo court, and we'll never know any of the allegations.

We'll never hear anything about it.

We'll never know what Ventrelli alleged or what the facts may have shown or didn't show

or what the truth may be or may not be or what the outcome will be.
