One of the biggest issues facing Portsmouth right now.

The city has thousands of people on the housing waiting list with rising numbers of residents in temporary accommodation,

private rents that are many working people are struggling to simply afford.

And at the same time, Portsmouth is one of the most densely populated cities in the UK with very limited land left to build on.

properties and about the small number of those that are even on the,

users to move it straight into, but there needs to be more of this sort of inclusive building.
