0:36.1	What do you do when you reach some kind of adversity or something goes horribly wrong
0:43.5	do you allow yourself some time to grieve and have a duna day where you stay in bed and just be a real
0:53.7	misery guts and then what do you do to get out of that funk?
0:58.4	Or is your perspective so strong that any time you come up against a major challenge that you just can brush it off?
1:08.2	The reason I asked this was many years ago I ran a YouTube channel and had a rather large
1:14.3	following, but I had some trolls and haters as you do and generally people wouldn't
1:21.3	bother me, but one particular person harassed me constantly and picked on my physical appearance and, you know,
1:29.6	my grey roots and was very, very nasty to me.
1:33.2	And in the end, I ended up, you know, just giving up the channel and because it wasn't
1:39.3	worth it and I was affected by that.
1:42.7	And when I now come back to start a YouTube channel or a podcast,
1:48.8	I am just very wary of feeling quite flat about the process and a little bit,
1:55.9	you know, a bit of a Debbie Downer about it because of past experiences.
