0:33.4	We connect college students and young professionals to agribusinesses that want to hire them.
0:39.0	I created a podcast along with my website as a good way to reach my audience.
0:44.6	But what I'm finding is that with my very narrow niche only centered around agriculture jobs for that demographic, I feel like I'm running out of value to provide.
0:50.5	And I don't just want to keep interviewing people for the sake of interviewing them.
0:54.3	So I've thought that maybe I want to rebrand my podcast to the future of agriculture
1:01.4	podcast so that I could cover not only jobs for those individuals, but also just cool ideas
1:07.8	considering the future of agriculture.
1:09.8	I think I'll hit a wider audience, but I'm concerned two things.
1:13.3	I don't know how to rebrand a podcast.
1:15.8	And then also, is that a bad idea because it's a separate brand from my core business,
