0:57.2	Hey, Pat. This is John Kenny from castmembersecrets.com. I have a quick question for you about
1:05.3	negative reviews. So I have a book on Amazon and I have a podcast and I have an e-book that I'm launching very soon.
1:15.6	And as I've been testing things, I have gotten only a couple of negative reviews.
1:20.5	But every time I get a negative review, it's really, it seems devastating.
1:24.3	And I know it shouldn't be.
1:25.5	And I know that it should just move past it and forget about
