How do you deal when your girl lets herself go and you aren't attracted to her anymore?

You've got to be honest with her. Take her, say, let's join the gym. Let's go work out together. I love you. Let's go. And if she refuses, it's like eventually you'll say, hey, you know, you're supposed to be a teammate. You're supposed to be taking care of yourself and you're not. You're letting yourself go. This is not what, you know, you should be telling me the same thing if the rules are reversed. I know it hurts and it's painful and I'm sorry if it hurts your feelings, it makes you cry, but I'm not happy. You got to take care of yourself. You know, if we're going to have children or we're going to be good parents or whatever, you've got to be fitting in shape. Because if you're, you're if you're not if you're out of shape and sickly, well, your kids will be obese and out of shape and sickly.

And that makes life way harder than it needs to be.
