0:55.6	And I spoke about it privately with a few different groups yesterday.
1:00.5	I want us to be thinking about how we measure progress and success, particularly for Black America.
1:12.4	What are the metrics of our success?
1:17.2	Because I think there are a lot of things that we think mean success that don't.
1:23.3	And I think it's time that we actually, I don't know if it's possible for us to all agree on some
1:31.7	metrics, but I think we do need some unity around. Here are some things that we should be
1:41.1	measuring and agreeing on,
1:47.1	that means we're moving in the right direction.
1:48.5	Let me unpack and explain it.
