Hi, my name is Rita and I'm an E-N-T.

I was wondering if you guys had any ideas about how we develop our Meyers-Briggs personality types?

I think it's really interesting because my family is a lot of sensors, a lot of feelers,

and I wouldn't say I'm particularly you know resilient or

different from them but I've developed a very different personality type and my

very best friend is an I&TJ and we connect on a lot of points and ultimately we process information differently.

And so I was just wondering, do you guys have any insight into how we get these types if you can change your type and

ways to advance your type?

Thanks Rita for the question so you actually asked three questions technically you asked how do we get our personality types can we change our personality types and how do we advance our

personality types now this is 10 minute type advice. We're gonna to do our best to get to all three of these.
