0:35.6	We're going to look at section 58 and 59. I want to
0:39.2	spend most of our time talking about how Missouri was to become Zion, how we create Zion.
0:45.7	But we here at Scripture Central try to build enduring faith in Jesus Christ by defending and
0:52.0	illuminating restored scripture. So I hope you can enjoy a little bit of
0:57.6	history, historical background. And then, about halfway through, I've invited Alex Baugh to come
1:02.5	and join us and talk to us about actually the dedication of the temple site there in Jackson
1:08.2	County, Missouri. But first of all, I'd like to start with some questions.
1:12.0	The main one for me is, why did the Lord command the saints to go there and establish this area
1:17.6	if he knew it was going to fail? Why do bad things happen to good people? I guess is the bottom
1:22.3	line on these kind of things. You know, was Joseph wrong? Were the saints that wicked? What happened? Missouri's a little confusing,
1:29.7	so I use a lot of maps. I have handouts attached, and I hope that you can, by the end of this week
