How do narcissists feel on their birthdays? What does go on inside the mind of a narcissist or toxic person on their birthday every year?

Welcome my channel! If this is your first time seeing my face or hearing my voice, my name is Lee and I am a self aware narcissist. I have narcissistic personality disorder ( NPD ) and I've been in therapy for my personality disorder since 2017 and it has definitely changed my life because without it, I would have lost everything. The point of these videos is to help bring awareness from the other side of the narcissistic *buse spectrum. All my videos give perspective on why many narcissists do what they do and the possible different reasons behind them. The victims and survivors get validation and the Narcissists (those that are willing) get to see that you can get help and that you are not alone

0:45.8	So of course, being that today's my birthday, it inspired today's video.

0:53.8	birthdays I can tell you all this right here I even being self-aware of
1:01.3	narcissistic personality disorder and being in therapy for the last seven years forward.
1:07.0	One thing I've still struggled to do is just embrace my birthday.
1:12.0	You know, am I happy to be alive? Yes, I'm grateful for everything I have in my life
1:16.5	But it's just weird feeling inside of me that I just cannot shake it's just like I can't be happy on my birthday
1:27.8	And I feel like that could be true for a lot of narcissists out there like for its whatever reason It's damn near impossible for us to be happy on our birthdays no matter what we do no matter what gifts we get no
1:35.4	matter what people put into our lives no matter what people bring us no matter how
1:39.8	many people show up it's impossible to be consistently happy on your birthday on
1:45.4	a narciss's birthday. I didn't notice I said consistently happy right there because
1:50.5	you could have spurt's of happiness. You can have a moment of happiness.
1:53.2	You're like, dang, this is pretty cool. And then the all my, it's still shuts down.
1:57.1	It's like happiness breaks through the surface a little bit.
