There's just nothing and I mean nothing like getting up on stage and singing your tail feathers off to

thousands of your adoring fans. As a duck slash pop star slash unbelievably

gifted singer I always carry my own battery-powered microphone

with me everywhere I go. You know, just in case someone wants an impromptu concert.

Man, that thing is such an incredible invention. I can't imagine where I'd be without it.

Probably just paddling around the duck pond back at home, hoping someone throws me a crust of bread. I wonder how microphones work anyway.

When we talk or make sounds, microphones listen to those sounds by using something called a diaphragm.

So my name is Tiffany Teache and I am a mechanical engineer and basically anything

that moves is mechanical engineering and so we help with building, designing, different engines and equipment.
