It's all about you. You were created to fill a unique role. That means that you're needed and you

must do it. We are about the business of helping you realize what it is that you were created to do.

That's the first stage of realizing the dream discovery. And they want you to discover

who you are and what you want to do. Now we go to stage two. That's research.

And that's where we've got to learn what it is that we've got to do to get qualified. How much

is that going to cost? How long is that going to take? Now we've got answers. We put a plan

together. That leads us to stage three where we're going to engage in the process. We got to start.

So we start doing what it is that we've got to do to be able to do what we want to do.

And we're going to go ahead and get qualified. That leads us to stage four where we begin the

process of advancing down the path. That's right. We got to get in the industry.

Know our role. That's clarity. We accept our role. That's attitude. And then we maximize our role.

That's effort. And that's the secret to getting promoted. You want to move up the ladder. You do those

three things. Know your role. Accept your role. Maximize your role. People will seek you out for

promotions. And then finally, Joe, that leads us to stage five. All it's all about momentum there,

baby. You're doing it. You're waking up. You're excited about it. You feel the juice looking forward

to the gig. You feel the juice when you're doing the work. And you feel the juice when you're done

with the work. That's really possible. That's when you're living the dream. So let's look at what you
