You need to be very, very clear on what you do best. The things

you do better than anything else. These are talents and skills and

strengths, hard skills, soft skills, if we use common language

associated with work. Then you got to look at what you love to do

most. What is the work? The tasks, the functions, the roles

that make your heart get excited when you think about it. And when

you're doing it, time seems to just disappear. And when you're

done, even though you may be tired, you look back and go, that was a
