How do I bring myself to leave my job now instead of sticking it out until that perfect

timing in the future?

I'm good at my job, but I know it's not good for me.

The stress and pace of work is not worth the salary or the parks.

But the work involves future projects, so on paper, there is always a better timing

in the future to leave and not now.

Any perspectives or examples that leaving now is my only option.
