really well over there has to do with the fact that I typically reject the idea

of sharing testimony. And I get a lot of pushback on this, and it's really just because I've

seen so many people who are not Christians, who are so certain that their version of theism

is true, and they've got a tremendous testimony to offer. You, for example, see this all

the time with the Mormons. Yet it doesn't make Mormonism true. You can have an unbelievable

testimony, but if you haven't tested it to make sure that this thing you thought was from God actually

is from God, well, then you really aren't, you know, you're providing any information that's going to be helpful

to somebody. I think your testimony has to be confirmed. It's not an either-or thing. I'm not saying

you should never share your personal testimony, but I just wouldn't do it unless I could also

share what the evidence is that led you to believe that that experience you had was actually
