I think there's like a thin line between like persistence right grit pushing hard like you know going

through adversity but also there's the there's also the ability to recognize cutting your losses right

stopping and possibly quitting and so I think it's just the matter of hindsight whatever decision

you make you're like oh yeah that was a positive decision or oh yeah that was a great decision

and you know to push on and so personally I think it comes down to like people's decision-making

skills I think that is a skill as well as get feel but I really want to ask you what are your thoughts

on when someone should either push on or stop and maybe possibly readjust their approach?

That's an awesome question so number one I try to help people not have to make major decisions

and how I do that is that whole what who how now and why philosophy that I have but mainly taking

them into our values every day and not being afraid to be a hypocrite meaning if in a business

our objective is to stay in business and you're saying when do we close a business or cut a tie?

I say take inventory of values every day and everything becomes an evolution not a revolution meaning

that our businesses don't define us but also don't define business what do I mean by that that

I've had several entities and business ventures and partnerships and a variety of different activity

I get paid for that didn't work out but I resolved it by allowing myself not to

define myself by those business but also not to define those businesses as well as as separate

so that when I moved from Lee Steinberg to sportswear marketing and sportswear marketing

the day melts or enterprises they weren't start in stops they were an evolution of plateau and grow

pain itself and the successes and failures that were created that resulted in pain was just an

indicator a turn signal for me and so every business that I am involved in is a morphicist of the

other businesses why because I'm taking lessons every day by taking inventory of my personal values

my experiential values my giving values of productivity accessibility and gratitude and my
