Summary
Welcome to the Go + Tell Gals Podcast! This season on the podcast, we want to answer the questions you’re already asking. In this week’s episode, we are tackling a necessary question as we march on mission: How do I balance work and rest? Jess and GATG team member, Anna, sit down and strategize on how we can hold work and rest in balance with one another.
This is a struggle for most women and changes each season of our lives. If we are living with a kingdom perspective, we can see that we work out of a place of rest and not the other way around; and that’s good news, friends!
We are women who get to work and get to rest in the name of Jesus. Rest is not lazy and is so productive for our souls. May we prayerfully be in tune with the Holy Spirit inside of us to pay attention to our own places of fatigue, to figure out what kind of exhausted we are and to try to rest at those places to move the kingdom forward. Amen?
He is mighty in you.
