1:09.3	stakeholders. So they know that they can call me when they have concerns.

1:15.6	But at the same time, if I put on my enterprise hat, it's really smart to keep me where I am.
1:21.6	Because few have my depth and breadth in terms of experience across multiple markets and different levels of hierarchy,
1:30.5	that I'm able to pivot and find solutions and move things forward quickly.
1:35.5	After moving around quite a bit and working in different parts of the world for the company,
1:40.2	she wanted to settle in one particular country for the long term.
1:44.0	In order to do that, she took a position outside of her finance leadership role,
1:48.4	a job leading a strategically important project for her company,
1:52.0	where she's been making great strides.
