Let's get into it. I suppose we'll start with the University of Memphis which has

created by my count at least four headlines in the past week.

Number one, four assistant coaches, including Rick Stansberry, were fired less than nine weeks

before the start of the season for reasons that have gone

to date unexplained. Two, the university acknowledged receiving a letter that it has

turned into the NCAA alleging major rules violations by Penny Hardaway and multiple staff members.

Three, the school has reportedly reached a deal with Nolan Smith to join Penny staff and

four Penny Hardaway conducted a Q&A with our buddy John Rosteen that was both defensive and at times a little delusional.
