Um, I am recording this high above the western hotel in Atlanta, which is probably the 38th floor.

And for a guy that's afraid of heights, no big deal. Uh, we're recording this. I shouldn't say we,

I am recording this because no will today. He is in Philadelphia for the new year. I am recording this

in Atlanta on the heels of just a madness madness college football playoff. Don't like to get

too caught in the moment, but easily the best college football playoff that we have ever had.

Holy cow. Those semi-final games were bonkers. I am pretty limited on sleep, I'll be honest. The

last two days, uh, I stayed up 24 hours straight last night, being able to to write and crank out

some content, but uh, woke up and just like, all right, we got to, we got to make a podcast

on Sunday morning. So we're going to get through everything, uh, after just a, a blast of a day

that we were able to have as college football fans. So here's how we're going to do it. We're going

to play off our actions to start, talk maybe a tiny bit of national championship things. And

we're going to have a lot more national championship coverage midweek, of course. And then we're

going to go back to Wednesday. And we're just going to work our way through the SEC Bulls chronologically.

So before we dig into everything, hey, the day, wife and I make this meal called dragon noodles and

apologies. I don't know who came up with it. But let's just say it is delicious. It is ramen and

a base, a very basic ingredient of this of this dish is a little sriracha. So who makes great sriracha?

Texas Pete going through the grocery store. I'm like, oh, god, I know exactly where I'm going.

There was a sriracha shortage for a long time. I don't know how that impact to the industry or

chili sauce or whatever the case may be. But Texas Pete always has you covered. It was delicious.

Texas Pete made that dish even better. I kid you not. Texas Pete has a spice and flavor that's
