I could not have been more thrilled

This is I think one of the first or second interviews that I had ever given I'm obsessed with the UFC

I got into the sport because of Colby Cubington

I think it's sort of like the last men standing when it comes to sports and I particularly love that he

refuses to allow the UFC to be perverted by social trends he allows the athletes to be who they are as individuals

But he does not take it on up as you know a corporate mission

He's not waving LGBTQ flags or waving BLM flags. He's like listen. Here's what we do we fight that's it

And that's exactly what we discuss take a listen

So the UFC has become one of my favorite pastimes for a lot of a lot of reasons and I do love the dance they do on the way in

You guys have just exploded over the last few years. What do you think it is like what is going on that it's just been like UFC

Yeah, well first of all we're the most exciting live sporting event there is if you've ever been to one life

It's great on TV bond to watch on TV, but it's even better live and we've been aggressive in

Taking this thing everywhere, you know

When you think about what boxing did over the last

30 or 40 years they do Atlantic City

Madison Square Garden every once in a while and a lot of Vegas we took this thing everywhere every major city in the country

uh and

and other parts of the world and uh, you know

Really focused on the live event and getting television deals and I think that the fact that I have pushed so hard to go through COVID
