0:44.0	And I want to talk to you today about the decline of friendship and neighborhood in America.
0:51.9	John at over at Signal, the national pollster, asked a question that is pretty disturbing
0:57.3	that we'll get too soon about the decline of friendship motivated by the 2024 election.
1:04.0	But I think it's actually part of something bigger.
1:07.2	And that's a decline of faith in institutions, in each other, and in our country. And it is
1:12.4	most severe, I hate to tell you, on one side of the political aisle. Bill Maher had a comment on
1:21.3	this just the other day. Cut one. This is a serious problem for Democrats. Less than one in four
1:26.8	Democrats under 30 say they're proud to be an American.
1:30.3	54% say they're embarrassed by it.
1:33.3	Embarrassed.
1:34.3	Like America is your mom picking you up at school?
1:37.3	You're embarrassed to be an American?
1:41.3	Well, guess what? The feeling's mutual.
1:43.3	Because you have no perspective.
