And then you look and they're losing by 27 points. That's how this game felt where late in the game, by the way, this was the fastest game of the year. Oh, the last five minutes, Mark Follwell on the broadcast was like, are they going to stop? Is this going to, game going to stop at all? And they were like, no, it's not. Well, they had a 200 IQ play by Kelton Johnson to recognize like, oh, if we take a shot clock violation, we have to go to a media timeout. So I'm just going to shoot this. Appreciate that, Kelden. Today's episode, we'll talk about the Mavs lost to the Spurs. Another one in the tank lottery odds bucket, I guess. We'll talk about the, I don't know, we'll talk about all kinds of different players, talk about what we saw from some of these guys. Marvin Bagley goes out with an injury. I do want to talk about Victor Woman Yama and the Spurs because I'm a believer in that team, but I think there are some holes in what this team does. So I want to talk about that.

But let's start here because Cooper Flag gets up for games like this, 33 points, six boards,

five assists, 13 to 25 from the field. I'm glad that he, you know, I'm glad that the Mavericks are doing all these great things to, you know, to force feed him the ball so that he can get shots so he can win rookie the year. I mean, that's the only reason why he would take as many shots as he did. He's the first number one pick ever that people are mad that he gets shots. Right. But he gets up for these games against Victor R rummyama he was going bar for bar with him

in the first half you know 25 points in the first half incredible you could just see that this was a

matchup he was like hey i want to show myself against victor roman yama who's probably going to be second

an MVP he's now eligible for postseason awards now playing this game the thing that i want to

take away from this though is this should be a rivalry

within the next like three years

between these two teams.

It should be like, oh, Spurs, Mavs were back again.

Flag, Wembe Nama, Harper, whoever the Mavs first round pick is,

you know, DeBansa, whoever, like this should be a rivalry. The problem is the Mavs can't mess it up. The Mavs have to build a team to reach to where the Spurs are. Spurs are a 60 win team right now. For this to become the rivalry that it's supposed to be, the Mavs cannot mess this up over the next couple of years because we deserve to see a rivalry like this again, like a Dirk Duncan flag Web and Yama rivalry again.

We could get that.

Yeah, and just to showcase how far away they are.

Like we're talking about this after night where the maps got blown out completely.

Now, to be fair, the maps aren't playing anybody, right?

But yes.

The idea and the hope is that Cooper Flag is the guy we all know he can be. And I don't

know, four years time. We're just like going to war with this MAVs team led by Cooper

flag and whoever it is in this draft. And yeah, versus not only Wimby, but you know, Castle

who didn't even play in this game, Dylan Harper,

who didn't have like a great game in this one, but has been a really, really good player for
