0:05.5	And so we're now in this period of democratic decline,
0:10.0	not just in kind of fledgling democracies,
0:13.7	relatively new democracies,
0:15.6	but for the first time,
0:17.1	we're seeing the most liberal democracies
0:20.1	like the United States and the UK decline as well.
0:23.0	Yeah, so that begs the question,
0:24.3	why the heck did democratization peak and then reverse?

0:58.8	So as the internet penetrated different regions of the world,
