What do you see developing here right now, clubhouse and field?

I see a winning team being developed.

It starts in the clubhouse.

And I know fans, they only see what's going on on the field.

But when it gets, you know, in those dog days of summer and late in the season you have a

group of guys that you're going to be able to trust our handling their business to prepare for a game

to stay connected and just to be bought in to help bring a championship here.

So that's White Sox outfielder Brett Phillips, who signed a minor league deal in the offseason with the socks and is frankly a long shot to make the team out of spring training.
