1:01.4	Okay, so I recently got a divorce and I went with a lump sum settle out because
1:09.8	he was going to refuse alimony and the divorce was going to be far off. Good,
1:15.5	still COVID behind. So I chose to take a lump sum to take care of my children right now.
1:22.5	We have joint custody until my son graduate, my oldest, and he'll graduate this coming school year,
1:29.5	and I'll have full custody of my youngest. With this lump sum, even though the court cases
1:38.5	says that he has to pay 50% because we have joint custody of all activities,
1:43.5	school supplies, all of that, he just chose not to. So of this lump sum, my question is,
1:50.5	is how much of it should I set aside to take care of the part he's the post that take care of?
1:55.5	So I am not behind. So I don't.
2:02.5	You said this school year? Yeah, this school year. Like he'll graduate next May.
2:10.5	This, I mean, one year from now, and then after that, his obligation,
2:15.5	any obligations he would have would end.
2:18.5	For that child, I still have one more child.
2:22.5	Are we supposed to pay 50% of the other one too?
2:24.5	Right, right. For both kids, he has to pay 50% of all of them, but he's refusing.
