This week, I'm going to play an interview, basically a show that I did for the standard

reason, folks, at the standard reason podcast, they have a weekly radio show and I occasionally

get asked by Greg Kogel to fill in as the host.

And on this particular day, I was answering questions, so the great thing about it is this

podcast includes several caller questions.

But also, I spent some time at the beginning of the show talking about a model that we

use to train.

It's a model you can use to train yourself, to train your students, to train your kids.

So you can become better case makers, but better equipped.

And we talk about the difference between teaching and training.

You may have heard me talk about that before, but I wanted to take a minute to go through

the training acronym, and it only takes a few seconds to do that.

But I think it's going to be helpful for you as you think about turning the corner from

just teaching yourself something to actually training to be better prepared.
