episode. Today we're going to be talking about the heroes and not just the heroes that you would

think of during this coronavirus and everything that's happening. I'm going to talk about the heroes

that you I would have never expected them to come out as heroes and until this all happened. And

I think that you know we do need to show appreciation to the heroes that are out there and they're

not just the people that you would think would be the heroes. So you know there are doctors and

nurses and people working in hospitals that are risking their lives for everybody that's out there

and they 100% need our support. They need us however we can show up whether that's just dropping

off cookies and you know leaving them at the front door that so you know people can get them as

soon as they walk into work or walk out of work or go and pick them up so therefore you don't

you know you can have social distancing in some sort of way if you happen to be on the way back

from the grocery store. You know there's people like the first responders the EMTs the paramedics

the firefighters the cops that are out there that are still you know out there doing their job

just normal. My brother-in-law is a firefighter and you know he's been around people that have

the coronavirus like that's part of his job putting himself in danger and all of those people 100

percent need our support but I'm actually going to talk about other people as well that you might

not have even thought of that I think we really need to start supporting and being there for and

showing our appreciation for. So nurses, doctors, people working at the hospitals EMTs, paramedics,

firefighters, cops all of this and I'm sure I'm forgetting some people but there's definitely more

people out there that we definitely need to see as heroes but another group of people that I've

slowly come to realize are almost like heroes in this sense is I was in Whole Foods the other day
