0:14.4	Well, I'm a little bit different than a lot of your callers. I'm 74 years old.
0:20.1	And I wish to goodness I'd started listening to you 20
0:23.3	years ago, but I didn't. So I'm starting today. Okay. I have about $32,000, $31,959.26 to be exact
0:34.7	in credit card debt.
0:45.1	And I know that I want to get busy and, as you say, gazelle like and paying that off.
0:52.7	But I also have $57,623 left on my house.
0:55.9	Dave, I'm 74 and I'm in good health.
1:02.2	I want to pay off all this credit card debt, but is it okay if I just continue making payments on my house while I'm still young enough and healthy enough to travel and do things
1:08.4	and then pay for it?
1:11.1	I mean, obviously, continue making payments, but you know what I'm saying.
1:14.4	Yeah, but the, you know, the more stable your last year, the, the sooner your house is paid off,
1:20.9	the more stable your last years will be.
1:24.9	Right.
1:25.8	And so that's the trade-off.
1:28.5	Obviously, you need to clean the credit card debt up before we talk about travel.
1:32.5	Right.
1:33.1	Okay, but...
1:33.8	Right.
1:34.2	And do you have any money?
