I've spent over 20 years working with highly successful leaders who've hit a bump in the road.

Today I'm coaching someone will call Erica to protect her confidentiality.

She's worked in health care for decades and almost her entire career at one organization,

steadily moving up the ranks.

For several years, she's been chasing a dream.

It's driven a lot of my purposeful moves in leadership, but I haven't quite gotten there yet,

and it's where I've gotten stuck trying to get that last little push to get to that C-suite

Erica is very interested in her work and her desire to make it to the pinnacle of her organization and career.

That's really where my passion is. I love it. I love the scope that it gives me.

You know, it's not just me taking care of one person. It's me taking care of the people that take care of the people.

And then it's more people and more people and my scope keeps getting broader.
