In this week's podcast, I'm going to play an interview I did with Sean McDowell recently,

in which we talked about why it's important to be what I've always called a $1 apologist,

which that's something I've talked about for many years.

Probably when I first started, I used to argue all the time that you don't need another

million-dollar apologist.

And when I say a million-dollar apologist, look, there's no one in apologetics making

millions of dollars that I'm aware of, okay?

This is too nichey.

Chrissian books are only a portion of the book market and only a very small fraction of

Christian books have anything to do with apologetics.

But there are people out there who would say, or the apologists in Christendom, that have

value, great value, they are a million-dollar apologist in terms of their value to us as

believers, as the church.

And that's what I'm talking about.

It turns out that we are all called to make a case for what we believe, and we don't need

another million-dollar apologist in terms of value.

We need a million-one-dollar apologist.
