And I am Dr. Naomi Bernstein. So nice to be with you here

in studio again, our second, our second in studio episode. Yeah, this is our last one. I'm feeling a little

like sad. You could come back. Um, yeah. You're always welcome. I should come back. We're going to be back in

November. Maybe we could squeeze one in. Oh, yeah. That would be fun. Yeah. So I'm feeling like there's a gratitude of being in space with you.

Same. And how are you enjoying? You've kind of gotten like this a little bit of the child free like moms week out in the city, right?

A lone time for sure.

When we finished, well, the first day that we got here, I got back to the hotel.

It was super late.

And I went upstairs, put my stuff down and took a walk by myself and got like a midnight

slice of pizza and just ate it by myself in the pizza place very enjoy like i really don't get a

lot of alone time so it's so funny like the stories that like the like amazing stories that parents

will tell you and it just sounds like it sounds like they were just got out of like being held

hostage and like it's like sounds like what a

POW would say got a shower right yeah got a bed to myself I was a little right I was alone

eating a slice of pizza and it was incredible yeah but so that wasn't the highlight but that was

the start where I was like this is great and then um I have a very dear friend in from college who I'm visiting with, and we have just

been catching up and walking the streets of the city. And we had a plan to go to go out to dance,
