Hey everyone, this is Heidi St. John. Welcome to the podcast. I'm here today with Dorenda

Wilson, and we are here to encourage you. We want to encourage you and hope that you're

going, you know what? I took a few times, some of you, we hear from moms all the time who

listen to podcasts when they're full in laundry, taking a shower, taking a shower. We

hired from one mom a few weeks ago who was like, I loved listening to your voice, and in fact

my kids went out the other day and they got it just so they could listen to you to fall

asleep. Good to know.

That's like whatever works. Today, the topic we're going to talk about is busyness. I've

actually been criticized. I don't know if I've, I think I've talked to you about this during

over the years. I was criticized at first from, you know, from branding myself sort of

as the busy mom. And the, and my answer is simple. When people ask me, why do you call

what you're doing the busy mom? I say, well, it's because when my kids were little and

people come to me and say, Hey, how are you doing? I'd go, Hey, I'm busy. Right? Right?
