0:13.0	I learned how to show up early and, you know, and do whatever needed to be done.

0:23.4	It sounds like he didn't hold back. You had to keep proven. And again, not bad, just different, right? It worked really well for me. I mean,
0:31.3	you know, one of the one of the things that I liked about it was, you know, your own success is dependent on your own performance.
0:39.9	Whether that's financial success, whatever kind of success you want, depending on your own
0:43.9	performance. If you don't perform, you don't succeed. It enabled me to put people in the right
0:49.7	positions. It just changed the game for me. So it really worked for me. And, you know,
1:00.0	not everybody uses it to the level that I do, but I was, I became an instant believer.
1:05.9	Not only did it nail me perfectly, right, but it nailed everybody perfectly. And when I say that, I mean,
1:12.3	it identified their behavioral traits so I can see how they're going to work. I think you'll be able,
1:16.5	you'll take good care of them. You need to commit. You know, you got to make sure you're going to
1:20.7	be doing this for at least three years for a whole host of reasons. And I said, you know,
1:26.9	I kind of like it. I think I can turn this into a
1:28.8	real business and I'm in. Did you know there's a technology that's actually an app on your phone
1:35.4	that uses sound waves to tell your brain what you want your brain to do? We had a young man that
1:41.1	was a guest on our podcast, the Michael Litton Experience, who had a traumatic brain injury.
1:45.7	He was sleeping three hours a night.
1:47.6	He's using Newcom now and he's sleeping more.
