And while we were doing a workshop with him on this,

something came up for me as we were talking about integrating our 10 year old or tertiary

And the workshop was a lot about integration.

And as we were talking about it, I described my experience of learning how to give weight to my

auxiliary or co-pilot function of introverted thinking or accuracy over my 10-year-old

or tertiary of extroverted feeling or harmony.

And when I say give weight to, I mean, they're both really important.

They're two sides of the same coin, and they must be used in conjunction with each other.

And when I was younger, I would give weight to extroverted feeling or harmony.

Like I would prevent myself from saying things.

Because I didn't want to offend people.

I wanted to be nice and I wanted to preserve my reputation and keep an emotional vibe going and I gave

preference to that over saying things that were radically honest and things that I believed needed to be said.
